How to

SPEAKER

  1. Your PC must have an external sound card.

  2. Connect your laptop to the sound system of the hall (XLR )

  3. Connect your laptop to the Internet with a wired connection (RJ45)

  4. Paste the link into your browser AND allow the microphone

  5. Click the link to activate the page. You will see the N·E·O page appear.

  7. Select audio output, audio input and language AND push the START BUTTON

  9. Test with a microphone in the room, under real conditions, and adjust the volume for optimal results. You can open a second window with another language. You can display this screen in the room.

  10. A QR code allows participants to access the application on a smartphone or tablet. Transcription and voice interpretation are thus available to participants.
